All the students from 7^_th, 8^_th and 9^_th grades volunteered to participate in the cleaning and polishing of donated 

medical equipment, wheelchairs, walkers and therapeutic equipment donated by Ayuda Para Todos A.C. (http://sites.google.com/site/ayudaparatodosorg/) for the underprivileged, handicapped patients and children of Instituto Nuevo Amanecer A.C. (http://nuevoamanecer.edu.mx/).

The next day, Oxford 7^th and 8^th grade students were given a tour of Nuevo Amanecer’s facilities and

therapeutic centers.

Explaining the effects of cerebral paralysis and the action their institution takes to treat, improve and cure their patients’ conditions.

Oxford, in association with Ayuda Para Todos A.C. was able to donate and deliver a trailer load of medical supplies, boxes of canned foods and towels and the solicited humanitarian aid which will be of great help to the impoverished families and children receiving care and treatment from Nuevo Amanecer. A big thank you to all the Oxford families that participated in the collection of these items!

Oxford students were given a tour of the pool area, which Nuevo Amanecer uses for therapeutic and rehabilitation purposes.

The students were then able to integrate with the children, helping them eat their breakfasts and assisting in their tutoring.
